Join #viagra on the ircDirect irc network and send your request/bug to the main channel.

Where can I get help?
Before looking for help read ALL documentation available on this site and exaust ALL of your other resources. It is impossible to offer individual help to all users. Make sure you have upgraded to the most recent version of the ircd. Your problem may already be resolved. No old versions of the ircd will be supported.

Will you install my ircd for me?
Will you come here and tie my sneakers for me?

When I try to use the service shortcuts (/ns, /cs, /ms, /bs, /hs, /os) I get a message that the services are currently down, but they are linked and respond to /msg.
You have not edited the ircd.ini correctly. Find the line in ircd.ini that looks like this: set dyn_server_services ........: services.viagraircd.com. change the value services.viagraircd.com to your services server name.

When I try to link servers I get a message of: Non Hub link introduced server, but my Hlines are correct.
In ircd.conf find the Hline and add :: at the end of the line. If it looked like this H:*::hub.viagraircd.com it should now look like this H:*::hub.viagraircd.com:: Then rehash the server.

Why are my ulines not being implemented properly.
Simply put CHECK THE CASE. ULines are case sensitive
